We were greeted as soon as we came through the doors, we were offered coffee or tea and Lee took the time to understand are preferences for the type of mattresses we preferred. Lee pointed us to a matress that was perfect and also in our price range. Also the two young guys who delivered the mattress were really helpful, around a great experience.

Luke our store manager was attentive and helpful without being pushy. We were given lots of advice on what mattresses would suit us best also making use of the information provided by the dream machine that measured us for the best match.

Lee showed us a range of different products with informative knowledge on all different types of mattresses. He wasn't forceful like many other stores we visited, leaving us relaxed into making the correct decision about our order.

Great service great product nice tidy store

The staff in store, particularly Dan, were very helpful from the moment I walked into the store until I left. They went above and beyond to ensure I had the best deals for what I was buying and gave me advise and recommendations on products.

The salesman was lovely

Daniel took his time to understand what our requirements were, and how best to deal with our wants. There were no hard sales and we were left alone to decide what best suited us. While we were deciding he made us a cup of coffee and was on hand at any point for further help and advice. The choice we had came to left just two mattress in the running, there was quite a price difference between them and at no point did Daniel try to push us into making decisions towards the more expensive item, which was nice not to be pushed in our decision making. Finally we made our choice and Daniel went through the paperwork like a hot knife through butter. Well happy thank you.
