we were greeted when first walked in and asked if assistance was required we said we were just browsing the assistant said any questions please ask. After deciding what type of bed we liked the assistant went through the mattress selection and measuring very professionally, once the choices were made all discounts and offers were explained and dealt with very quickly

Kelly was a pleasure. She was kind and her product knowledge was outstanding.

The sleep analysis machine was really interesting and useful! Nowhere else we visited offered that service. The results really helped us to pin point the mattress we both loved! We really liked the tempa pillows and Kelly, our sales assistant let us take them round the store with us to test with the mattresses. Kelly was amazing, she greater us as we entered and offered us tea and coffee whilst discussing our needs. She was clear with all the financing options and was able to get us the deal we needed in order to order our dream mattress and bed frame.
