Staff were very friendly with me and my family. They know their products. I entered just to have a look went away with full bedroom.

We went to carmarthen store and were met by Kelly, she said we could either look around ourselves or she could help us.We chose to look around first,and when we saw a mattress we liked we asked her to help us.when we said we both had back problems she advised us without being pushy which one would suit us.She was not pushing us to buy it as it was a lot more than we thought but once my husband laid on it he was sold.kelly was helpful and friendly and we would recommend anyone to buy from dreams.

All round excellent service, staff and products. Kelly, our salesperson went through the whole sleep process with us including Sleepmatch. We knew that the products we wanted weren’t cheap and Kelly acknowledged this several times while emphasising the quality products we would be buying. We were well looked after with the offer of drinks whilst in the store and we were happy to receive our pillows which were included in our deal. Kelly did a fantastic job and we are pleased that we decided to choose your high quality products.
