The sales advisor was extremely helpful but not at all pushy. I felt Kelly really did go the extra mile and deserves to be told by head office. I would definitely recommend friends to shop at Dreams for their new beds. The whole visit to the shop was handled very well.

Luke welcomed us, took us on the mattress computer which helped us find what sort of bed we were looking for. He was very informative and helped us on a range on different mattress which one was best to suit us. He made us feel at ease as we had a little one with us that can be a bit challenging but he was very patient, didn't rush us and wasn't pushy.
