Dreams - Carmarthen

I was welcomed as soon as I entered the store. One of the employees greeted us and asked as few questions regarding the type of mattress that I was looking for and the type of bed I had at home. He asked me about my preferences and suggested I tried the mattress scanner to see what mattress would be most appropriate for my body. This was an enjoyable experience which highlighted the most suitable mattresses for me. I tried a range of suggested mattresses and found the best one for me. I felt relaxed throughout the process at the staff member was friendly and talkative. I would highly recommend dreams store to anyone in the future.

The service was excellent! I felt safe, regarding the current Covid conditions and cared for by the staff. Staff were patient, kind and very knowledgeable. Store manager was friendly,approachable, & very knowledgable, got everything I needed within 10 minutes as I was in a rush & gave me free pillows. It was nice to get good quick service.

Lovely greeting and asked if we needed help where they’d be. Advice given and a pillow to try out the beds... which we ended up buying because they were so good haha. Also, very good air con.. needed for preggo
