Very helpfull and knowledgeable staff member, we dealt with Luke throughout our visits. We werent hounded, we were given plenty of time and help when wanted.

Amy greeted us as soon as we came in and listened to what we wanted. She then suggested that we try the test machine, which we did and then explained the results to us. we tried the recommended bed and she answered our queries about pillows. When we were satisfied we completed the deal. She talked us through every step and explained the questions we asked. She also offered us tea & coffee during our visit. It was a very satisfying experience and the customer service was superb.
