Friendly service very helpful and very patient with my elderly Mother.

I had visited the store three times before finally making up my mind, Staff showed no impatience but understood my need to get the right choice for myself and before parting with a sum of money which was a lot for me as pensioner. I felt staff were on the same page as myself. Most helpful. No pressure to make a quick choice.

The service provided and the knowledge of the mattresses by Lee was exceptional. He made the whole process very easy.

Very pleasant staff, highly knowledgeable, plenty of explanation and time, demonstration of products. Covered all products associated with purchase. Answered queries brilliantly.

Kelly that dealt with us was very knowledgeable, she wasn’t pushy at all ! Completely felt at easy ! Nothing was too much trouble for her !

This was the only time I can think of lately where the assistant really listened to what I needed, helped me make a decision and created a bespoke offer to meet my needs, that is rare these days and worth recognition!

We were greeted straight away by a very friendly member of staff (Kelly!) we were offered hot and cold drinks and shown the machine to find your perfect mattress, we were super happy we found a perfect bed and mattress and the service was fab

My mum is disabled and the member of staff Kelly that was amazing, it took a long time for mum to get from her disability scooter to try mattresses etc but Kelly couldn't of been more informative, patient and understanding. Outstanding service
