I felt that even though one mattress i wanted was not available to me, the assistant did everything they could ensure I got what I wanted and I was happy at the end.

We visited Dreams in Carmarthen to look to purchase a new mattress. Kelly was very helpful and put us on the sleepmatch machine to see what mattress was suitable for us both. She then showed us the top 3 mattresses for us and we decided on the tempur one, we were also shown the pillows most suited to us which we purchased. I would definitely visit Dreams in Carmarthen again as both Kelly and Lee gave brilliant customer service, I would also recommend them to others. Thank you Kelly, we are looking forward to receiving our new mattress soon.
