Walked in. Greeted immediately by Like. Very knowledgeable. Helpful. Have good advice on range of products. Understood my situation after moving to a new home with no furnishings, so buying from scratch.

We arrived at the store and was greeted by Lee he was very helpful and informative without being pushy, he advised us to go on the computer sensor bed to find out what mattress was best for us. With Lee's help and knowledge we had 2 mattresses to decide between and we was left to decide without feeling pressured although Lee was to hand if we had any questions.

My young son and I visited the store in order to purchase him a new bed. Lee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products. He used the Sleepmatch machine to help us determine which type of mattress would best suit our needs and even gave us our own pillow to test the bed! He included my son in all aspects of the purchase which was wonderful since too often people will only communicate with the adult making the purchase. When I phoned to complete the order I spoke to Kelly who was also extremely friendly and helpful and was able to answer all my questions.

Kelly made our visit easy and enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable and helpful when buying my new bed and mattress. I also felt really satisfied with being able to use student discount to help me buy my items. The staff are always so friendly when we come into store.

Lovely Kelly gave me as much time as I needed to choose a mattress, really appreciated how important it was to pick the right one. Both members of staff very helpful & pleasant.
