Luke was fantastic from the outset, gave us space and time and when we were ready to discuss options he was very knowledgeable, helpful and guided us through the ordering process!

Lee was very helpful. He asked questions to understand what I was looking for and he answered the questions that I had. He showed me the different ottoman beds you had available to help me make my decision. He also showed me the various mattresses recommended for me and explained their benefits.

Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, used the bed sensor to find out which mattress was suitable, offered water, and offered the tempur cool pillows to try out which were fabulous

We were able to browse upon arrival without being "pounced on"! Kelly in store at Carmarthen introduced herself and was very helpful and friendly. Nice to see these days!! She obviously knew a great deal about the products available in store and guided my parents who are elderly, in a way they felt confident about what they were going to be buying, especially as their purchase was for quite a substantial sum. The sale process from Kelly felt as if we were well informed throughout. She was approachable and we were able to ask questions as we needed to. She helped my parents' have confidence in making the purchase.

Excellent service and we were treated with respect and kindness by Luke the salesperson We were offered coffee and water and he gave full attention to our needs. We would highly recommend the store to friends and family. We have received delivery of the bed purchased today and yet again the gentleman delivering and setting up the bed was charming, please pass on our thanks to Davood the delivery man and Luke the salesman for the excellent service we received.
