My husband and I were met at the door by Kelly and she was professional at all times. We were offered bottles of water and her knowledge of the products was good. The whole experience was pleasurable.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were not pushy and gave us plenty of time to consider our options.

Luke and Amy we really great, Amy spoke to us as soon as we went in and knew exactly where the bed was that we were looking for then Luke had all the patience in the world as he took us around to try a wide range of mattresses, they were very professional and understood what we were looking for. The atmosphere in the store was really great and we had an enjoyable time there

Customer advisor, Amy, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very keen to help and explained everything we needed to know.

WE were made to feel welcome as soon as we went into the store. The team were really helpful when I appeared with plans of the bedroom measurements and were able to work out how much space I would have available once I had twin beds in the room. All the team were really helpful and worked well together.

Unsure of what I wanted but was guided through various options with ease by a friendly and knowledgeable member of staff!
