Dreams - Carmarthen

When i came into your store on Wednesday 21st i was looking for a 4ft mattress that was soft, a female assistant showed me what stock was in the store she was really helpful. at the time i could'nt purchase the mattress as i needed to speak to my niece as she lives in Carmarthen to see if her husband could collect it. On sunday 25th my niece and her husband went to the store to purchase the mattress they asked an assistant and he was really helpful and told her that there was free delivery and it will be delivered on friday. Excellent service by all staff. Well done all.

From the moment we walked in we were offered assistance, but not in a pushy way. We were having joint pains when sleeping and we aren't old. We had come for a topper but we're advised this wouldn't help if our bed was too soft already. We were then offered to try the machine that helps you select a mattress. After we were guided to see a small selection of the recommended ones. We didn't feel overwhelmed with info, it was very manageable. We were then left to discuss and try again. We had been offered refreshments and when we wanted to leave to think about it there was also no pressure. We returned later to purchase the most suitable mattress. All our questions were answered and when we chose to take finance out was all carefully explained to us. The delivery time quoted was pretty quick also.

The store staff were all very friendly and the advisor who served us was extremely helpful. He took us through the dreams machine, the results and then gave us enough time to discuss our options without putting any pressure on us at all - really good style of sales in my opinion.

Visited on two occasions. Each time staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the products we were interested in. And really helped us choose the best suited product for us.

The store was exceptionally clean. Staff were extremely helpful. We were left to look at products and the staff went on with their other work so no one watching or bothering us.

From the moment we walked through the door and explained our requirements to Kelly she made it very easy to purchase what we needed. She matched us both on the sleep machine and showed us the top three choices, on her recommendations it was obviously the number one choice we purchased. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and obviously passionate about her job. Thanks Kelly, you were marvellous

Smashin chap called lee in carmarthen, looked after me very very well

We were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable member of staff call Lee who understood exactly what we were looking for in a bed for my son James (aged 13). He spoke to both of us with a similar amount of respect, but at the same time we did not have the feeling of any kind of oversell or pressure, which was very much appreciated. My son was welcome to try various mattresses and the store was clean and well run from a Covid viewpoint, we both felt safe and confident in the store. I had no issues with a month wait for the bed, as I am yet to decorate the bedroom prior to the new bed going into place, but this may of been an issue to someone who did not already have a bed in place.

The staff member Dan was very helpful and explained the different mattress types. We used the sleep analysis matress in store, which explained its process clearly.
