We were given all the help and advice possible for our needs. The salesman was very polite and respectful. He answered all our questions and offered great advice. An excellent service was provided by all the staff at the store in Carmarthen. We will definitely be returning at some point in the near future.

I was in a very difficult situation regarding my niece and needed a mattress immediately. As i had a small car i asked for a memory foam one. The assistant asked if i needed anything else and i said its ok i wil go to shaws next door. Immediately she said that if i purchased a quilt pillows and mattress protector she would give me a good deal. I accepted this as it was an excellent deal and less stressful for me as this was an emergency situation i was put in regarding my niece. The employees were exceptionally kind and very thoughtful. They helped by carrying all my items and loading them into my car which was not the easiest . Its a pity that not all stores treated customers like this.

Dan the sales person listened to our needs. I have a back injury, and he explained all the best options to us, he was excellent.

When we entered the store we were greeted by very polite staff. We were assisted by Luke who was more than helpful. We we would definitely recommend to anybody. Prices were fantastic.

Lee was your salesman who served me and was excellent. We both remembered he had dealt with me over 18 months ago when I purchased a bed. It was because of the satisfaction I had with the product and service I returned to your store.

As soon as my wife and I entered the store we were greeted with safety procedures as social distance and sanitiser,there was also water on offer for customers and the customer service was impeccable you could not complain at all kind and totally dedicated to your need. Knowledge off products was top of there game. Well done I must say I would recommend Dreams to anyone.
