The staff were very friendly very professional he knew what he was talking about great knowledge on all dreams products he made us feel relaxed there was no pressure and after being sleep tested we found an excellent range of beds and mattresses to suit our needs and budget thank you Lee your one awesome guy we are very happy

Our whole experience at dreams was more than satisfactory. The delivery question and another question was N/A to our visit hence the other reason answers given as there was no option to put N/A on the questionnaire. The lady that helped us Kelly was extremely helpful as soon as we entered the store she made eye contact and was smiling and asked us if we needed help etc and was extremely knowledgeable on the pillows we were looking at and how to care for them after purchase

We purchased our new bed in the Carmarthen store, Lee, was a great help! He wasnt a pushy salesman and gave his own personal opinion. He was also very patient whilst our busy 3 year old was running around! A big thankyou to him.
