Delighted with instore service of Kelly at your Carmarthen branch, her knowledge of products, attention to my specific needs and time and effort she spent explaining products details and background to each mattress specifications.

We were very informed about the product that we were going to purchase

The covid guidance was very evident from entering the store. We were greeted almost immediately by a representative of Dreams, Lee. He took time to understand our needs and offered us a comprehensive assessment via a technology bed. We were offered the opportunity to lie on beds recommended and each time he took the trouble to ensure we were safe , as per guidelines. He even offered us a bottle of water during our visit, a very thoughtful gesture.

We were able to see a variety or bed types prior to deciding which to buy. The salesman Lee talked us through the different types of mattresses available and seemed quite knowledgable. The experience was pretty much flawless from the time we walked in until we left.

The sales colleague was extremely polite and understanding of my 85 year old disabled mother. He was also very helpful and listened carefully to what we needed to find

Kelly the sales rep was extremely pleasant and helped me to choose and purchasr the correct mattress.

From the monument we stepped in the store, we were greeted by store assistant Kelly, she assisted us with our needs, we used the sleep match, she explained everything on how the sleep match worked, and helped us choose the right mattress for us, we were offered bottles of water, we upgraded the pillows due to Kelly’s recommendation.our overall experience from start to finish was satisfactory,

Firstly telephoned the Carmarthen store and gathered information re stock and delivery. Whoever I spoke to was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable but was not working the following day when I was calling in. All my requirements were passed on to another colleague who knew who I was and what I wanted when I did go to the store. An excellent experience, ordering exactly what I needed with a perfect delivery date. Thank you.
