We arrived wanting a king size bed , the assistant showed us the choice and recommended which ones he felt suited us ,he also offered the bed with various sensors.The assistant was very knowledgeable

We were given plenty of time to try out the different mattresses. There was no pressure to make a quick decision. The sleep testing machine was very helpful in reducing the number of possible options.
