We came in to buy a bed for our new home, we were warmly greeted by Kelly whose knowledge was outstanding, we came away confident that we had made exactly the right purchase. Kelly is a credit to your company.

As soon as I stepped in the store I was greeted with a lovely smile and I was asked did I need help with anything or was I happy to browse. I prefer that as the assistant was there to help and wanted to help but not in your face. I had my children with me and he offered them a bottle of water each and was friendly to them. He showed me how the beds worked and helped me pick a mattress with his knowledge and helped me make the best choice for the bed with storage etc. I have never felt so comfortable shopping before it was a real pleasure. Keep that member of staff he’s amazing.

Our sales assistant was really helpful. We only came in to browse and ended up buying two mattresses!

We were greeted and offered assistance as soon as we entered the store. We were provided with detailed information regarding which mattress would be most suitable for our needs and had the opportunity to try three specific examples. We were also provided with pillows which made the experience more realistic. The store assistant was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgable and made recommendations without being too pushy. We were highly satisfied with our experience and bought a bed, headboard and mattress.
