Assistant was very professional and informative, as in any situation of new purchases there seems to be a big delivery date and also a big delivery charge even though the product is an expensive item.

Greeted by friendly staff member shortly after arriving at the store. Lots of beds on display, set out orderly. The machine to give us our best options was new to us and helped us to choose. Spacious, clean store

The service we received from Luke was first class. He got to understand our needs by listening carefully to what we required and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

This was my first visit to a Dream store and upon walking in and looking at a few mattresses a very kind member of staff called Kelly walked over and asked if we needed any assistance to which I said yes and she got me to try the mattress tester (Not sure what it was called) and it helped me pick out which bed was best for me then Kelly showed me the recommended mattresses and allowed me a good few minutes to try them out in comfortable positions similar to which I would use to sleep or relax. Once I had picked out a mattress with the assistance of Kelly we then got to processing the payment and delivery which she explained and was very helpful with. Also which was a nice touch she also offered us some bottled water and said it would have been tea or coffee if Covid hadn't been about which was a very nice gesture. I would definitely recommend this store and Kelly again! :)
