treated courteously and with no typical sales pressure, I made the point of only visiting store when it was empty of customers during covid controls, the only slight downside was that the pillow supplied to try out mattress was not "to my knowledge or sight" sanitised before i used it. The salesman was knowledgeable and dealt with my requests and purchase proficiently.

itraveld 45 miles to your store after being told at Haverfordwest in Carpet right that i would not get a carpet delivered before Xmas. Plus the help at dreams was fantastic. Very professional.

We felt we could take our time to make our decision and we felt well informed. We did not have long to wait for the delivery and we were especially happy to hear that Dreams organises a recycling service. We felt safe in the store as regards social distancing and health and safety.

My partner I came in to find a mattress, we had never bought one new before so the process was new to us. The store was clean and welcoming, staff took no time to greet us and find out what we were looking for. A lot of care was taken in helping us choose and we were well informed of different mattresses/finance options available. The buying process was smooth and overall we had a very good buying experience here.
