Dreams - Carlisle

This is our second visit to Dreams. We used Dreams before about a year or so ago to purchase 2 beds and mattress . We were pleased with the service and returned to purchase another bed and mattress. We were given the chance to test mattress to find a suitable one. We were served by the manager of the store ( Carlisle) . We were greeted on arrival. She was really friendly. She helped us find the best suitable product . Thanks

A bigger discount was implied but then was not available so signage was misleading

Kyle and Jill were very knowledgeable and helpful

We were immediately met by a friendly assistant (Kyle) who offered us the sleep diagnostic bed, he explained it fully then took us around the store explaining why each mattress was on the recommended list. We did not feel rushed at all despite it being quite late in the day and we felt able to take time to make an informed choice. He was very knowledgeable and could answer every question we asked. Ordering was quick and easy and I have found no fault at all in the whole process. I hope delivery of our mattress is as easy and pain free!

The salesperson (Kyle) was most polite knowledgeable and helpful. We were offered coffy and everything was explained fully without any pressure. A discount on home assembly was offered without asking.

As soon as you walked into store you received a warm friendly greeting and Kyle who served us was very knowledgeable about the products and spent time talking and getting to understand what we wanted. The whole process was easy and the friendly professional way that Kyle put you at ease was brilliant
