Got a lot help to choose the bed and mattress for me!

Lauren spent lots of time showing me mattresses for my child , it is getting delivered on Thursday so I'm very happy I needed it as soon as possible .

Gill ane Kyle were both exceptionally helpfull. Once I had tried out the machine they ran through options with me and helped me select the best mattress and frame for my needs. Both really friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We had a good laugh all the while! Thanks to both of them.

we didn't think we would enjoy spending that much money on a bed, but we did !

Superb customer service by both representatives that helped us. The product knowledge was exceptional and the time spent understanding our needs and helping us to get the right bed for us was second to none.

Kyle listened to us and understood our requirements. He offered us the product based on our budget. He gave us sufficient time to make the decision. At the time of Bill, Kyle offered us free replacement of old mattress and provided us with 50 percent discount on the duvet.

we were met in a timely manner and asked what our requirements were. we experienced good customer service and attention to detail, the customer service colleagues product knowledge was exemplary. we were made to feel welcome and nothing was to much trouble. we were left to our own devices to try different mattresses at our leisure with a courtesy check in. Being able to use a recommended pillow was a nice touch, coffee was good too.

Staff met us on entry and provided excellent, knowledgable assistance in our requirements and selection of our mattress and bed base. Lauren was patient and available to answer our questions and should be recommended.

The sales guy Kyle i spoke to on the telephone prior to visiting the store and he was very friendly and professional When visiting the store i was assisted by a lady called Gill who couldn’t do enough for help and although she apologised she was new and learning the ropes she was a credit to the store
