Very helkpful staff uinderstood what I was looking for. Not available in store checked other nearby bed store dewcided Dreams best by far

Kyle the sales person at the store in Carlisle was extremely helpful, he had good product knowledge, was friendly and wasn't pushy. His help, the use of a customer toilet and a cup of coffee while we placed our order made our shopping experience very comfortable.

The staff were polite and courteous had good product knowledge, arranged delivery which was exactly as arranged, delivery man was polite and put the goods ordered exactly where I wanted. This is my second purchase and my second good experience.

Kyle was extremely helpful and took his time to help me find the perfect bed for me. He was friendly and enthusiastic and made the experience easy.

Made very easy would have liked a quicker delivery but that wasn’t the Carlisle shops doing

I was looked after by Kyle at Carlisle branch. He was exceptionally helpful, his product knowledge and advice was exceptionally good. I had already been to other stores and their service compared to Kyle was dreadful. As a result I bought the mattress and care package then and there without hesitation. Thank you to Kyle I believe he deserves significant recognition.
