The sales advisor named Kyle of Carlisle store did a fantastic job from start to finish,from the moment we walked through the door he was fully engaged with us and very motivated and knowledgeable,he listened to our specific needs and was quick and efficient to show us the options available for our budget. We would also like to mention his colleague Gill who also went above and beyond to assist us with our purchases including highlighting a lovely headboard to go along with the bed as a complete setup.

Lauren took us through the assessment programme and allowed us to try the most suitable beds for us. She then helped us to narrow our choice and eventually select the right bed for us at the right job. A very good experience

The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgable and very helpful and also offered us complimentary refreshments while we browsed around the store! Overall the service was absolutely fantastic from Gill and Kyle and would not hesitate to return to the store in future!! It was a very pleasurable experience and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The sales assistant Kyle was so helpful and kind. He was welcoming and helped me to find the bed that I was looking for. His helpful manner made finding my bed so much easier! The store was lovely and spacious and well spaced out.

As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted by a very friendly & helpful assistant (however she was not too full on). She helped me to find the right mattress for me, did a good deal, and I didn't feel pushed into buying too many unnecessary extras

Lauren was extremely knowledgeable about the products, she was happy for us to Try out anything we wanted to see, she was diplomatic, leaving us to discuss things but being on hand for any queries. We did not buy a bed from you on this occasion, because we found another with a bigger storage facility, however we did get a mattress after using your sleep machine. The other store assistant was equally as friendly.

I came into store looking for a child’s mattress for my son. The staff were straight on with helping but weren’t over imposing and showed me several options. A selection was made pretty quickly after lots of helpful advice. Gill from the Carlisle store in particular was brilliant with advice and even entertained my toddler son all the while helping me with my purchase. I would definitely return to Dreams for any future purchases. The whole experience was just brilliant and stress free.
