I was greeted at the entrance to the store in a timely manner.There was hand sanitizer at the entrance and the manager did ask me ( in a polite way) to use it. I was given all his attention throughout and not pressurised throughout my visit, I was given the options available and able to make an informed decision. I was able to try a number of mattresses out and given the information regarding each mattress. Social distancing was observed throughout by the team and with all customers.

The gentleman was very friendly very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and repeated certain things to make sure I fully understood
