A lady not sure her name and Mark was very helpful, amazing customer service, i had my 3 year old with me and they were both brilliant with her, will 100% recommend this store to my family and friends.

Good service, friendly staff

Professional and friendly staff, very accommodating of our children. We were offered water and the opportunity to test which mattress was suited to our needs/sleep position.

Mark the gentleman that helped us was extremely informative and found us the perfect bed for us. He talked us through each step and made it as easy as possible.

It was all pretty much to the customer service demonstrated by Pam. Also the use of the diagnostic machine to recommend mattresses really helped to narrow things down.

We were met by Rhys, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was brilliant at helping us with our selection and explained the difference in the mattresses. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Your staff went above and beyond there duty I was with my daughter and my two grandsons both of which have special needs all the staff kept them busy (which is not easy)whilst we decided on a bed Rhys was very patient one stood made sure they didn’t get out they could see we were getting stressed they were all amazing big pay on the back to them all 😀

Because my partner is disabled the assistant who helped us Andrea, was very, very helpful.

We entered dreams looking for a mattress. We were approached by Andrea your store assistant. She welcomed us and asked if we would like help. Which we did as we were clueless at which mattress is best. She asked a couple of questions and advised we utilise the technology mattress which looks at your sleeping positions. She showed us to the bed, we had our scan and was offered water. Once the results from the machine come out, she provided us with a pillow and Andrea took us around the store showing us the mattresses and providing knowledge on each one. She confirmed which ones had discounts on within the store. She allowed us to test out the mattresses and provided us Time to think about what we wanted to do. Andrea was polite friendly welcoming and everything you look for within customer service. She continued the great service throughout our time in the store and during our order breakdown.
