Pam is a credit and an asset to Dreams. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and in no way pushy so I didn’t feel pressured at any point. She took all my needs and concerns into account and suggested some brilliant beds. I’m so happy with my mattress choice and cannot wait for it to be delivered. Thank you again Pam you’re wonderful!

From start to finish this was a lovely straightforward experience. The colleague who assisted us - Chase was extremely knowledgeable about the products and managed to strike a fine balance between suggesting products we might be interested in while listening to our needs and reacting accordingly. It really felt that he had our best interests in mind. Overall it was a stress-free really pleasant shopping experience which I would not hesitate to recommend.

It was explained as we entered the store the safety proceedings and what we were allowed and not allowed to do. They only allowed a couple of customers in and were not rude at all to customers waiting
