Really impressive and thorough service from an excellent member of staff who helped us choose the right bed and mattress for us. Felt completely safe and reassured by the anti-Covid19 procedures in store.

Pam is a credit and an asset to Dreams. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and in no way pushy so I didn’t feel pressured at any point. From start to finish this was a lovely straightforward experience. The colleague who assisted us - Chase was extremely knowledgeable about the products and managed to strike a fine balance between suggesting products we might be interested in while listening to our needs and reacting accordingly. It really felt that he had our best interests in mind. Overall it was a stress-free really pleasant shopping experience which I would not hesitate to recommend.
