Could not have asked for better service. Gave enough information and guidance however also enough time for us to decide. Didn't feel pressured to purchased however were informed enough to make our decisions.

It was no first time buying a mattress. Andrea was very attentive and listened when I told her about my sleep habits and what movements I go through. She clicked on immediately to what mattresses would be good for me. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions, with a nice little chitter chatter whilst the PC was taking ages to load. I would look to come to her again the next time I come in.

Sales assistant introduced himself. Explained all options then left us to browse by ourselves. Offered pillows and tissue to use where our heads went.
