Staff member Pam was extremely helpful and was extremely knowledgeable about the types of bed available and what suited our needs. We felt very safe too under the vivid restrictions.

From the way we were greeted at the door to the time we left Pam, the Dreams colleague was attentative, friendly and helpful whilst maintaining social distancing and adhering to the COVID guidelines. The provision of a cold bottle of eater on such a hot day was very welcome. A very enjoyable and successful visit.
