We didn't book an appointment but Andrea (Dreams Newport Road) invited us in immediately and offered the sleep test to us. We didn't know where to start so it was useful to have Andrea walk us through all our matched options. She also was price conscious rather than just offering us all the pricey products. Good balance between up-selling and being budget-aware.

We had shopped at dreams in the past. We found the staff at this store to be friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. We were very happy with our consequent purchase and the service provided. What more could you ask for.
