We visited knowing what we wanted. We’re taken straight to the product and shown alternatives. No pressure on us to change our minds

We went to the shop to find a mattress, and that is what we get. The atendant treated us very well, explaining what types of mattresses we can get, with standard language. Andrea was the reason we came back and decided to buy the mattress.

My daughter was offered the machine for the pressure points as soon as we entered the store. The gentleman went to get Andrea, the lady we spoke to the day before to help us.

Very good customer service and knowledgeable staff. The lady who spoke to us listened to what we needed and offered help for future purchases. We were buying a bed for our 5 year old and she took the time with her to help us decide what we needed. We didn't feel pressured into buying and were left to make our decision whilst she was still on hand if we had any further questions. Good Value for money due to the sale that was on.

We were very happy with our service, Andrea welcomed us to the store, we said we were just looking at the moment and just wanted to have a little time to browse and we would come and ask Andrea for help when needed. We found a mattress we were very interested in and Andrea come to see us before we went to look for her, she was very polite and informative about the mattress we went on to purchase.

Pam was very attentive. She knew a lot about the products and wasn’t pushy. She kindly entertained our kids so we could look at the products and think about our purchase. She was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

The sales assistant made sure that the mattress we bought was the right one without being pushy or trying to get us to buy a certain brand
