Excellent Covid-19 precautions being taken in store. Really happy with the initial approach of the salesperson, Pam. She had brilliant knowledge of products and a friendly, professional attitude. All staff were busy with customers but nothing seemed too much trouble. The process was quick and efficient and our new mattress will be arriving next week.

She was friendly and professional and her product knowledge was thorough, she explained things well and she always listened to our requirements and preferences. We were delighted with our purchase. I was assisted by Corey, of the Cardiff East (Newport Road) branch. Corey was quick to assess my requirements for both the bed frame and mattress. He helped me use the technology to assess the best style of mattress for me. Once the machine had assessed the type of mattress that best suited me, Corey showed me all of the options and explained the difference in each of the products. I was able to try out the mattresses that I liked to determine my dream mattress. I had already earmarked the bed frame that I wanted to buy and Corey explained the difference between bed frame size and showed me the features of the frame. Upon making my decision to purchase, Corey provided me with delivery options in a timely manner, and explained the cover options very well.
