Impressed with the mattress sleep scanner and the good ranger of beds the sales assistant was very polite helpful and knowledgeable, good to see staff wearing masks correctly and high levels of hand cleaning

The salesman was extremely informative and easy to gain knowledge from. He gave us the pros and cons of the type of mattress we thought we wanted. He understood our needs and gave us many options when we put questions or our preferences to him. Highly recommend this salesman and would definitely recommend this man. A job well done.

Excellent Covid-19 precautions being taken in store. Really happy with the initial approach of the salesperson, Pam. She had brilliant knowledge of products and a friendly, professional attitude. All staff were busy with customers but nothing seemed too much trouble. The process was quick and efficient and our new mattress will be arriving next week.
