Having not really understood our own needs for a mattress prior to visiting the store, we felt that having spent a bit of time with Pam was very helpful in selecting the right mattress for us. We had previously thought using a firm mattress was the way to go, however Pam had us use the 'mattress optimiser machine' (we can't remember the name) which measured our sleeping style and position - the outcome was that we were better suited to a more medium firmness. Pam had us try a good variety of different mattresses to make sure we were happy and we are now convinced that the spec we have bought is correct. Since making this discovery, we are very uncomfortable on our existing mattress and can't wait for the new one to arrive!

I am very impatient and was impressed with the speed of buying what I needed. I was in and out of the store really quickly. It was the service I was looking for and felt the staff member understood this
