I was approached quickly with assistance very shortly after entering the store. The colleague was friendly and helpful and spent time discussing my needs and showing me options, he patiently showed me products and encouraged me to test the mattress by laying on them, he provided a pillow and a clean paper sheet for hygiene purposes. The purchase process was straightforward and I was pleased to get a quick delivery shot.

The shop assistant was very helpful and seemed as if he cared. He was also very honest.

The salesperson Rhys was so enthusiastic and helpful, really felt at ease and left the stir knowing we made the right choice. So thank you Rhys!

I came in to order a bed and mattress was greeted instantly very kind and friendly was served by the manager mark, he was amazing, knew exactly what I was looking for and taught me a lot of stuff I didn’t yet know, with the help of the manager serving us I found the perfect bed and was told all details about delivery and if I had any further enquiries he would be happy to help, completely satisfied with my experience

We had a good idea of what we wanted, Andrea listened to us and adapted accordingly. She even added more knowledge relevant to our requirements which we were unaware of, helping us even further! What’s more there was no pressure giving us the time we needed with the mattresses & to walk away to discuss but also want to return later on as Andrea was so amiable.

Whilst browsing around shop, it took no time for a sales rep to ask if we required any help, and the help was very much appreciated, would like to thank Andrea Newport Road Cardiff.

Pam who sold us our mattress she was great, identified what we was looking for at a happy medium she understood we was a young couple without a crazy budget and was happy to find us a happy medium. Very understanding and helpful.
