Entering the store, we were met by Paul who welcomed us in and asked us what we were looking for, he offered us the use of the hand sanitising facilities and he was wearing a face cover, I was confident that we were in a covid safe place- thank you! We described what we were looking for and whether the type of bed would be suitable and how it was constructed, and Paul did actually get on his hands and knees to see how the divans were constructed! Can't fault it! We decided to look for something else and Paul let us know to speak with him when we were done deciding. We chose two beds, one double and one single from the Woodstock range and Paul was very helpful when it came to our choice of sprung or unsprung slats, we chose sprung! On ordering, Paul sat us down offered us a bottle of water each and then proceeded to complete our order. Everything was explained about delivery and removal was offered, but we were free to decide whether to take it (we didn't) - no pressure placed on us at all. The order process went smoothly, and I received a confirmation in my email later that day. All in all, quite painless and I only wish I could have shaken Paul's hand in thanks!
