Friendly service, offered bottled water which was a welcome distraction for our restless toddler. Despite a queue of customers waiting to come in we weren’t made to feel like we had to rush our time in the store, all questions were answered and tone taken to discuss and explore different options.

We went into the store to see the bed we had chosen online. Straight away we were greeted by a member of staff who talked us through the storage and quality of the bed. We placed an order and although not in stock for immediate delivery the delivery date was satisfactory for our needs. The assistant was extremely helpful, polite and friendly.
