Our sales assistant was first class. She explained the COVID process and the store was very clean and orhanised. She gave us time to browse before providing us with a great deal of knowledge and care in choosing the item. She talked us through the options and offered lots of choice. We went into the store to see the bed we had chosen online. Straight away we were greeted by a member of staff who talked us through the storage and quality of the bed. We placed an order and although not in stock for immediate delivery the delivery date was satisfactory for our needs. The assistant was extremely helpful, polite and friendly.
