The covid secure procedures in store were very impressive and we felt totally safe choosing and deciding on products. The manager guided us through the sleep match machine and guided us to each of the suggested beds. He allowed us time and knowledge to make a decision that was right to us. He was friendly and very informative.

Pam served us she was very friendly and her colleague (man I don't remember his name) also seemed friendly. We were able to lay on the bed machine which helped us pick the right bed which followed with us being able to try out the 4 matresses that were best suited to us. Everything was sanitised before we lay down she offered us a water and she was knowledgable of all the items we asked about.
