I received outstanding customer service from the store manager Paul. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone who is looking for a bed or bed related products pays a visit to dreams, they won't be disappointed!!

Excellent customer service skills and care taken to advise and ensure we considered the appropriate products.

The store manager was the gentleman who served us and if their was ever a definition of leading by example he was it. The attentiveness and understanding he displayed was phenomenal it was such a refreshing experience to witness great customer service.

Store assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgable in helping us finding a bed and mattress. Allowed us take time to discuss between trying beds and didn’t hover around, which made us feel more at ease.
