Very good customer service initial mattress out of stock and slight error in setting up (almost wrong item ordered) but all was resolved and changed before order was processed, via thorough check so minor issues overall. Speed was fairly quick but not rushed. Friendly staff

I received outstanding customer service from the store manager Paul. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone who is looking for a bed or bed related products pays a visit to dreams, they won't be disappointed!!

Store assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgable in helping us finding a bed and mattress. Allowed us take time to discuss between trying beds and didn’t hover around, which made us feel more at ease.
