We're so excited for our new bed in our first home together! Andrea and Paul at the Cardiff store were so lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Andrea even gave us tips for where to go for lunch, and was more than happy for us to have time to think about the purchase. We were not rushed at all and were given time to test as many beds as we wanted to. Thank you!

My daughter and I came into the store to purchase a mattress. We were looked after by Pam, she was great; friendly, informative and socially responsible.

Andrea the lady that served us asked the relevant questions and put us on a electronic bed to see which mattress Would suit us. She then helped us choose the right one. She also helped us pick out a bed for my son

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Paul who helped us decide on the mattress we wanted. Could not fault the service at all.
