I was greeted instantly by Andrea. She asked my requirements and then suggested I lie on the bed to establish the best mattress for myself. She was very welcoming. She then took me around the store trying various mattresses. She had knowledge of all the manufacturers and the materials used. She was very patient and suggested using different pillows to obtain the best result. Social distancing was adhered at all times. Once I made my decision she explained the purchase and delivery process. She was very professional and I was pleased with my choice with her assistance. The service was excellent and highly recommended.

Staff were very friendly at Dreams, Newport Road, Cardiff store. Paul, who dealt with our order was great. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not once did I feel like I was listening to a sales pitch, it felt natural and organic. Really happy with the service, thank you!
