The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and very informative.

We were greeted immediately upon entering the store and guided through the items available for our requirements. We were checked on the mattress machine to confirm the suitability of our choice. We tested several mattresses before deciding. Andrea was very helpful and knowledgable regarding the item and purchasing process and advising us about available insurances, delivery date etc. As purchaser with personal needs Andrea was very respectful and addressed our needs including providing us with water. She was very courteous, considerate and kindly way without being overbearing
