The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very patient and we came away feeling that we had made a suitable purchase from the range available. We were very pleased with the assistance we received from very competent, friendly staff.

Pam was amazingly helpful and friendly from the moment I got inside, to the moment I left. She made sure I was aware of all of my options and took the time to make sure she knew my needs. This is the third time I have used the Newport road store and I can honestly say that I would not consider going anywhere else

My wife and I received attention as soon as we entered the store and the lady dealinbg with us was most pleasant but also very patient as I have a frasctured femur and I had to test several beds before I was satisfied. The lady was very good in finding the dfferent types and placed me under a machine that identifies my needs. Overall it was a reassuring experience and we would not hesitate to shop with you again

1-2-1 appointment listening to our needs, sleep match machine as a starting point and knowledge of assistant to suggest and recommend when necessary. Good knowledge to help explain the products too.

The sales person, Andrea, at the Newport Road Dreams store in Cardiff that we visited, could not have been more helpful and friendly. She had a great knowledge of the products, a lovely manner, and was clearly a 'natural' as a sales person. She helped us immediately, and completed the sale swiftly and in a very charming way. Top marks!

On our visit we were greeted instantly by Andrea, who was very welcoming and asked if we needed help. Upon browsing we found a bed we liked and Andrea approached us and asked us if we needed help again, after a lovely discussion we decided to have a think and may return. The next day we went back and we’re greeted by Andrea again who remembered us and the item we we’re after. She was very helpful and knew her product knowledge. The ordering process was swift and we walked out of the store very happy customers! Thankyou 😊

Amazing customer service, staff weren’t too pushy and let you have your time to wander and check out all of the beds and mattress. They were able to give us enough information and guidance when finding the best mattress suited to us! We were even offered refreshments! Can thank them enough!

The customer service was great and we were seen to straight away, we were buying a mattress for our first home and didn’t know where to start but knew it had to perfect and we’re willing to spend a bit for the right one. Pam was a great help with great advice and experience. We used the bed technology system which was a nice experience and Pam, guided us around the recommended beds. The whole experience was comfy, enjoyable, easy and didn’t take long at all.
