Dreams - Cardiff Newport Road

On entering the store, a lovely member of staff approached me, and asked if I would like any assistance, I told her what I was looking for and the first mattress she showed me was the one I bought. Suited me perfectly and within my budget. She was so helpful which was lovely, especially as I had just come from benson for beds looking for a mattress there first and not succeeding as the customer service was terrible! The lady in dreams was absolutely fantastic can’t thank her enough and I come away with a mattress suited perfectly for me. So thank you.

We were served by Andrea in the Cardiff Newport Road store. She was incredibly helpful, and did everything she could to help us find the right mattress and bed frame. She used the mattress calculator on us, which helped us to find the perfect mattress. Andrea was very understanding, and answered any questions we had about price, quality of the mattress etc.

Richard is very welcoming and friendly. A good salesman. Offered both myself & my son water, & the use of the loo. Very helpful and not too pushy.

I knew exactly what I wanted and the assistant (Pam) was able to quickly direct me to the bed I had described. She demonstrated how the storage function worked and when we were in the buying process explained all of my options regarding addons in a clear, understandable way.

The sales person Pam was very knowledgeable and spent time asking what we wanted from our bed. We settled on a Tempur mattress which met all our requirements Pam was extremely helpful and pleasant, it made our experience feel almost normal except for the COVID requirements in store which were very good.

The simulator took a lot of the guesswork out of what we were doing. It meant we could focus on the task in hand as opposed to getting lost in all the stock!

The lady, Andrea, who helped was so helpful and informative. She was really patient aswell as we took a while to choose the right mattress for us. We were offered refreshments whilst there too!
