Very friendly and helpful lady named Andrea helped us with what we needed and nothing was too much trouble for her

Angela the store assistant was fantastic! Although rushed off her feet, she was very attentive to our needs and extremely helpful! She is definitely a credit to your company and we will definitely recommend to speak with Angela to our friends and family I'd they ever need advice for beds!

Andrea was very helpful with helping us choose a mattress. We weren’t happy with our current mattress as it was really firm and she took this into account and recommended ideal mattresses for us after we used the sleep match disagnosis. She asked what price we were looking to pay and showed us ones within our budget. She let us take as long as we needed to try the mattresses and explained that if we weren’t happy with it after 30 nights we could change it for another (with a small charge). We were offered water and she also helped us choose pillows after we explained our current pillows werent great. We had a free mattress protector for purchasing mattress cover and a half price quilt and 4 free pillows with the mattress which was a nice touch.

Pam in Cardiff was excellent. I was there with my 12 year old son to buy him a small double and she took the time to understand what he wanted and let him try out different mattresses. She was brilliant.

Whilst I already knew what product I wanted to buy I was still shown alternative products and given a full explanation on each. Member of staff was very knowledgable, offered me a refreshment and gave me space to make up my mind. My overall shopping experience from start to finish was above and beyond expectations

From walking into the store we were made to feel safe by our assistant Pam. Who quickly found out what we were looking for and spent time going through our requirements. Never pushy,Informative,prepaired to go over and above. We were more than happy to place our order on our first visit.

This is some of the best customer service I have ever received. I placed two orders, the first in Cardiff Newport Rd where I was served by Christopher who was there from another store, and later on that day by Julie in Penarth Rd. Chris greeted us and listened to what I required and immediately placed me on the Sleep Match mattress with suitable protection (kitchen paper) because of the sanatisation rules, after which he showed me the selection highlighted. He took me through all the characteristics of each one and later highlighted which mattresses and base combinations (headboards or without) would be the best value for money given the store discounts. When later paying, he ensured all my information was correct and I also noticed how he sanatized the card machine before payment was made. Julie, all though we did not have as much time with her in Penarth Road was eqaully helpful, putting me at ease that my orders would arrive together despite being made in different stores. She also sanatised the card machine which further highlighted the consistency of training that is had with your staff.

Richard was really helpful in making sure we chose the right bed and mattress. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
