Richard, who served us in the Cardiff branch was incredibly supportive. This was the first time me and my partner had looked to buy a mattress and frame, but he was very accommodating, very friendly and helpful and made the whole process both fun and straightforward. I was also very happy with the range of products that suited our preferences.

We were extremely happy with our purchase at dreams Richard from the Cardiff store helped us find the perfect mattress for us. He showed us a selection of different price ranged mattresses for us to make our own choice we ended up purchasing the temur which is like a cloud to lay in. He even got us an amazing deal. And we left the store feeling like we had made a new friend. I will 100% return and be telling all me friends and family to go to this store. Thank you Dreams 😍

Lovely, friendly staff and nothing was too much. Was offered a bottle of water. One member of staff was spraying between customers. Very impressive.

We had a great experience due to Pam helping us to choose the right mattress for our needs, there was no pushiness to buy, and her knowledge of the product we bought was a great help in deciding on the right mattress fir our needs.

The staff member the dealt with us at the store was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. We would have checked offers elsewhere but he answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. We also had our daughter with us, who is autistic and not very good at dealing with shops. He also dealt with her very well and helped keep her calm while we looked for what we wanted.
