Dealt with a lady If I can remember called Angela. Short blonde hair. I have to say what a lovely staff member she is and helped us through every step of the way. She took us through the beds. We was looking to buy a king size mattress as well as 2 single beds and a single mattress. We didn't get the king size mattress due to cost at the moment but we will return in December to purchase one. Look after her she's a keeper and not one of them pushy sales people that everyone hates. Overall experience would exceed 10 and we are very happy customers. Thanks

Very friendly and efficient but not 'pushy' service

The staff were very kind and helpful, and told me everything l needed to know, it was quick and easy to order what l wanted and helped that l could try out the beds recommended in the store, helping me to decide what l wanted. It was a very hot afternoon, so they were even kind enough to offer me a bottle of cold water, for which l was very great full.

We were greeted by Pam who was very friendly, attentive and helpful, she had a solid grasp of the product range and responded to every question and request put to her. We couldn't fault her thoroughness in walking us through our mattress selection and she was highly on point with her assistance. Her positive "can do" approach was refreshing and we left having had a great experience, which met our needs. We have already recommended Dreams Newport Road to some of our family.
