Pam the lady was an absloutle ball made me feel very welcome an was easy to talk too about what I wanted very helpful

Rhys was very helpful, knowledgeable and a great salesperson! He recommended other mattresses, but didn't force us to make a decision unlike some other store do. Brilliant experience overall!

Rhys, who helped us was really great. He took his time to show us around, listened well to what we were after and we ended up purchasing one of his recommendations. Very pleased.

The staff were great a lovely lady Pam in the Newport road branch helped me choose my ideal bed and did everything to help me dreams is simply the best for beds.

On entering the store we were approached by a member of staff and asked if we needed any assistance in finding what we needed. We told them we would like to have a look around first and we would find them again when we were ready. After a couple of minutes we approached the member of staff and she was extremely helpful in finding us bed we were after and also demonstrating it to us, showing us the colours it came in and the price. She then told us about the mattress demonstrator that you lie on and it tells you which one is best for your comfort. We did choose the bed and mattress we wanted and left a deposit and were given a delivery date. We were extremely satisfied with the service we were given from Dreams and the member of staff who served us

Friendly customer service and catered the beds to our budget. Pam was very friendly and understanding.

The sales person was very friendly and very knowledgeable, he took the time to understand what I needed and didn't try "selling " tactics.
