I was given every assistance but also given time to myself to browse and decide on my purchase. Social distancing guidelines were adhered to and I felt I was in a safe environment. The staff were friendly and courteous and I was impressed by the delivery time quoted

I went in to Dreams on Newport Road Cardiff on two consecutive evening. I was looked after by Rhys, Pam and finally Richard. They were all very helpful. But what was great was the banter and jokes along the way. Rhys really engaged my son and was very informative. Pam was very knowledgeable and Richard sorted my orders with humour. Brilliant!

Pam from the Cardiff branch was really lovely and helpful. Right from walking in the door, she identified our needs and showed us a variety of mattresses. She didn't pressure us into any buying anything or into more expensive products. She was really helpful and kind. She help us choose a mattress and bed for our new flat and also gave us a good deal!

Richard was our server and I have to say, what a lovely and charming gentleman! He was super helpful from the moment we walked into the store. We are first time buyers and was looking for our perfect bed and mattress! We enjoyed the machine which tells you about what firmness of mattress suits you and was the perfect start to what it was we needed to look for! Without Richard I feel we may not of even been able to find what we purchased!
